  • Additional Documents: As per your country’s customs regulations.
  • Marine Insurance Policy: If you opted for insurance coverage.
Once your documents are shipped, we provide you with a tracking number along with the courier details so you can track the package in real time.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) means the seller covers cost, insurance, and freight until the destination port, while FOB (Free on Board) means the buyer takes responsibility once the goods are loaded on the vessel.
We offer spare parts sourcing for most Japanese vehicles. Please provide us with the exact parts you require, and we'll arrange to have them shipped directly to you.

Once a vehicle has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and payments cannot be refunded.

The DHL delivery address is where Wheels Corporation will send all vehicle-related documents, including:
  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Export Certificate
  • Inspection Certificate (if required by your country)
  • Consignee: The person or company legally allowed to receive the vehicle.
  • Notify Party: The person or organization to be informed upon cargo arrival (buyer, clearing agent, dealer, etc.).
Both are mandatory for the Bill of Lading (B/L) and customs clearance.
During the shipping process, we will send:
