- Additional Documents: As per your country’s customs regulations.
- Marine Insurance Policy: If you opted for insurance coverage.
Once your documents are shipped, we provide you with a tracking number along with the courier details so you can track the package in real time.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) means the seller covers cost, insurance, and freight until the destination port, while FOB (Free on Board) means the buyer takes responsibility once the goods are loaded on the vessel.
We offer spare parts sourcing for most Japanese vehicles. Please provide us with the exact parts you require, and we'll arrange to have them shipped directly to you.
A proforma invoice is an estimated bill of sale that includes
vehicle details, pricing, and other costs such as insurance and
transportation. This document is required before initiating the
shipment process.
Yes, we provide auction sheets and inspection reports for
every vehicle so that you can understand the actual condition
of the car before purchase.
Wheels Corporation only accepts swift payment (telegraphic
transfer - TT) for secure transactions.
You must complete the swift payment within 3 business days
after reserving a vehicle. Shipment will proceed only after
payment confirmation.
Yes, if you wish to purchase multiple vehicles, we can arrange
special pricing and priority shipping for bulk orders.
We accept US Dollars (USD) and Japanese Yen (JPY). Ensure
you select the correct bank account while making the payment.
No, Wheels Corporation follows transparent pricing. The total
cost includes:
- Car Price
- Auction Fees
- LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
- Document Fees
Once a vehicle has been shipped, cancellations are not
allowed, and payments cannot be refunded.
Swift payments usually take about one to three business days
to reflect in our account. Once confirmed, we will proceed with
the shipment process.
The buyer must cover all bank transfer fees. Wheels
Corporation is not responsible for any transaction charges
deducted by banks.
To initiate shipping, please provide:
- Consignee Name – Legal importer authorized to receive the vehicle.
- Notify Party – Contact person for cargo arrival notification.

send all vehicle-related documents, including:
