Step 1: Inquire & Choose Your Product
Begin by sending us an inquiry with the details of the vehicle, machinery, or spare part you wish to purchase. Provide us with as much information as possible (make, model, year, etc.). If you're unsure, our team will assist you in selecting the best options based on your needs.
You can also explore the vehicle options available through top Japanese auctions like USS, TAA, CAA, JU, and others, or request assistance in sourcing specific items.
Step 2: Request a Quote
Once we have your requirements, we’ll provide a detailed, customized quote, which will include the vehicle/machinery price, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes. The quote is transparent, with no hidden fees, allowing you to have a clear understanding of the total cost. Should you need any adjustments or have questions, feel free to reach out, and we will ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
Step 3: Confirm Your Order
After receiving your quote and confirming the details, you can proceed with the order. If you have any additional requests (such as specific parts or modifications), let us know, and we’ll include them. Step 4: Payment
To proceed with your order, payment must be made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), a secure SWIFT payment method. Please make the full payment within 3 business days of receiving the proforma invoice, which will include your invoice number for reference. The transfer charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the payment is complete, kindly send us a copy of the transfer receipt for verification.
Step 5: Reconditioning & Quality Control
Upon receiving your payment, our team will ensure that the vehicle, machinery, or spare part goes through the necessary reconditioning and maintenance process, ensuring that it’s in top-quality condition. Step 6: Shipping & Documentation
